Claudia was drawn to traditional Hot Yoga 15 years ago following a surgery which required her to stop her normal athletic routine. An avid Skier, she found that the Traditional Hot Yoga sequence brought a strength and new found balance to her skiing. She soon discovered her love for yoga. Claudia teaches an athletic flow, while accentuating strength, flexibility and balance within every pose, using empowering music, which is an important element to her classes. She attends continuing education workshops and study groups, and is devoted to the on-going learning experience of being a teacher and student.
