Yoga/Pilates Class Reservation Policy
All classes require advance registration. Payment is required in advance in order to reserve your spot in class and on the waitlist. All reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. All sales are final and a valid credit card must always be kept on file. We are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late cancels/no shows or membership dues. Classes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Yoga/Pilates Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so online at least 12 hours before the class begins, or your account will be debited for the class.
How do I sign up for Zoom Live classes?
As of March 2022, due to a lack of demand, we no longer offer Zoom classes.
Waitlist Policy
The waitlist closes 12 hours before the start of class. If a spot opens in the class more than 12 hours before class start time, you will receive an automatic email confirming you’ve been entered into the class. (*Note, once you’ve been entered into the class, the late cancel and no show policy is now in effect). If you do not want your spot in the class, please make sure you remove yourself from the waitlist so you are not automatically added).

The online wait list becomes void 12 hours prior to class.  Any spots that open up less than 12 hours in advance are on a first come / first serve basis.

For the safety of our clients and to limit the disruption of classes, we only hold reservations until the start time of class.  We may be able to allow late entry for up to 5 minutes after class has begun, at front-desk discretion, space-permitting.

Is it OK to eat before class?
As with any moderate physical activity, it’s best to fuel up in advance. Try to eat two or three hours before class, but certainly have something to eat before class if you’re hungry. As you progress with your practice you will learn what is best for your body.
What hours is the studio open?
Each studio opens at least 15 minutes before the first class begins and closes 20-30 minutes after the last class ends. Please arrive early for early AM classes as the door closes promptly at class start time.

Can people under 18 come to class?
We welcome practitioners of all shapes and sizes; however, our classes are not necessarily designed for children. Under certain conditions, we may permit a child under the age of 16 to attend not-hot classes; please call the studio to inquire. Minors must have a signed parent/guardian release waiver on file to take a class unaccompanied.
What is the difference between class packages and unlimited membership?
A class package allows you to attend a fixed number of classes within a specific time-frame (Generally 5 or 10 classes total within 6 months of expiration. For more frequent students (more than once a week), we highly recommend our Premium TYR membership. Membership allows you to take an unlimited number of classes each month and offers other perks.
