The workshop will begin with a some simple asana to prepare the body for stillness and then the set up of a reclined pose for pranayama and yoga nidra.
No yoga experience is necessary although comfort in silence and stillness is helpful. This is a very quiet experience to lead you into a deep state of conscious relaxation.
