Lulu has been a dancer from a very young age and yoga became a natural part of her movement exploration. Lulu believes in the power of practice and connecting to our bodies as a way to heal physical and mental tension and alleviate stress. By cultivating awareness of the body and breath she strives to help empower individuals to love the skin they are in by creating a warm and welcoming environment where students can challenge themselves while practicing self care. Lulu is committed to practicing and teaching traditional hot yoga and vinyasa.
