Kelly’s class is an alignment flow based style that combines flow movement with clear precise attention to detail of alignment by holding poses.
Kelly has been in love with movement from a very early age. She was first introduced to yoga in 1994, but became an avid student in 2004. Her adventures brought her to study with a multitude of teachers and a variety of styles throughout the US and Canada. Along with teaching Mom and Baby classes, She has a 500 hour certification with Yogaworks, Pre/postnatal Yoga and Pilates, and Kids certifications. As a dancer, she brings a fluid connection and understanding of the body helping guide students to gain their own self awareness and strength.
