Kate’s love for yoga began in 2008, while talking a break from NYC in Key West, FL. Having suffered from depression and anxiety for years, Kate found in yoga the tools and the coping skills to manage those issues, and has since led a much happier and fuller life. She has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation since 2010. Kate is a trained in Yoga for Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction with the Svastha Yoga Therapy Program, and also received her essential certification in Thai Yoga Massage with Lotus Palm. Kate remains committed to helping her students in the way that yoga has helped her, hoping to lead them on a path toward living happy and healthy lives.
