Kasha is extremely grateful for all of the teachers she has had the honor to practice and learn from throughout the years. After years of practicing, Kasha realized her true love for yoga and the desire to inspire and serve others. She completed her 200hr training with Raghunath Cappo and Sondra Loring, and 100hr Hot Power Yoga with Tanya Bulton and Loren Basset. In her classes you will work on building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength at the same time working with breath-centered meditation to calm and focus your mind. Her creative sequencing is often built around Surya Namakar. “How do I live my practice in every moment of every day?”
