As a former cross-country runner, Jill was trained to believe that if she wasn’t physically and mentally pushing herself to the point of exhaustion, she wasn’t working hard enough. At a breaking point, she tried yoga…and hated it. The concept of stillness and conscious movement was something so foreign to her, but her body welcomed it like a warm embrace. Jill found that yoga was the mirror she needed to help her heal and grow. As a certified instructor Jill, aims to help her students feel grounded, embrace what they’ve been running from, and embark on a journey of self acceptance and love.
