James McCracken is an alignment focused yoga teacher who also provides (and encourages!) plenty of space for students to flow and move in a non linear way. His classes are steady and challenging, often aiming to bring increased awareness to the more subtle aspects of the body and breath, as well as their relationship to one another. Through the exploration of both movement and stillness, James hopes to inspire students to be curious and interested in their own unique patterns in an effort to gain new ways of moving and breathing optimally – both on and off the mat. James completed his training at YogaWorks and is registered as a 500 hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
