Ingrid is passionate in sharing her love for yoga to empower, educate and bring the community together, invigorating mind-body-soul through strength and mindful movement. She advocates the importance of balance, kindness and self-awareness not just in yoga but through the practice of everyday things – as the true power and beauty of yoga unfolds the moment we step out of our mats.
Ingrid has practiced yoga for +8 years and will continue to be a forever student as it is an ever-evolving journey. She completed her 200hr Vinyasa training at The Yoga Room in 2018.
She is also a dedicated runner, and a dance and music aficionada, which helps inspire her class flow, stretch and rhythm.
