15 years working as a fashion designer I knew that career path was not my dharma. My love for yoga and everything it gave to me had to be shared. My background includes Iyengar and multiple Ashtanga trainings. I am extremely knowledgeable in human anatomy but believe yoga is a balance between mind and body energies. I teach a strong vinyasa flow with focused breath, precise physical alignment and funky beats to build heat and power within. Incorporating my anatomical knowledge with spiritual practice, great music, and breath to build my sequences with power achieving the ultimate mind body connection.
