Brooke is a Yoga Alliance Registered 200 hour Yoga Teacher based in New York City. She received her 200 hour accreditation from Sonic Yoga in Manhattan and is currently pursuing her 300 hour education there. With a background in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Brooke creates a class that merges physical asana poses with pranayama and meditation. Brooke grew up in the fitness world as a dancer and this background has helped her to create fun and enticing sequences. As a teacher, Brooke’s goal is to give her students a safe space to flow, explore breath, and tap into a more peaceful mindset. Whether you come for a sweat, stretch, or meditation — you’ll find it here! Outside of yoga, Brooke loves to read. She works in publishing and is always looking for new book recommendations!
