Hot Yoga — Bikram Style

Hot Yoga is a series of 26 postures performed in a precise order, in a room heated to 105 degrees. Incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility, Hot Yoga teaches students how each pose stimulates the mind while restoring and shaping the body.

Hot Vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of diverse poses in a room heated to 90 degrees. Some vinyasa experience necessary. All levels, but not recommended for brand new beginners.

Hot Yoga Flow

Hot Yoga Flow captures the essence of the traditional hot yoga class and its 26 static postures while blending the flow and grace of vinyasa sequences. This class is taught in a room heated to 100 degrees with energetic music and fun! All levels are welcome.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a dynamic sequence of poses that are linked together through the intention of bringing focus to the breath with transitional movement. These classes are taught at regular room temperature.

Beginners: Learn fundamentals of basic posture alignment and breathing techniques.
Beginners/Intermediate: Moving into advanced postures and sequencing to continue conditioning the body and mind.
Open: It is the vigorous motion that defines the vinyasa style and creates immense inner heat. This class is not recommended for beginners.

Anusara

Anusara is a hatha yoga system developed by John Friend. The asana are taught with clear and anatomically precise principles of alignment based on the natural science of bio-mechanics which honors the natural movement of the body. Anusara yoga celebrates the physical and subtle body as an embodiment of consciousness and opens the door to the inner awareness.

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of yoga that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. All levels welcome including students working with injury, or sensitivity.

Vinyasa/Restorative

This class starts with a vinyasa flow of Sun salutations and Hatha postures and ends with restorative yoga. Some vinyasa experience necessary.

Revitalize & Restore

A breath-centered class that combines gentle, meditative movements, delicious stretches and deeply healing restoration. May involve partner work, or use of the rope wall concluding with an hour of Restorative pose.

Yin & Restorative

Yin yoga traditionally incorporates familiar poses from Hatha yoga that are used to cool the body and deepen the breath. These gentle movements set the stage for deeper relaxation with restorative poses.
