Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient and sacred system of healing with roots in Yoga, Ayurveda and Buddhist spiritual practice, combining massage, acupressure, twisting, stretching and meditation to create wholeness of body, mind and spirit in both the giver and the receiver. During this workshop, you will be guided through giving and receiving a healing and relaxing Thai Yoga Massage session that you can share with your partner, friends and loved ones. Explore nonverbal communication tools based on mutual support and open-hearted listening. This practice awakens evergy flow and leaves both the giver and the receiver in a relaxed state of grace.
