Pilates Mat Classes
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

“Hot Bodies” Hot Pilates
Hot Bodies has all the benefits of a Pilates mat class, adding the element of heat. You will stretch deeper, get your heart rate up and work your core. The high temperature increases blood flow and burns calories while sweating out toxins. We recommend prior Pilates experience.
Barre Blast
This vigorous workout combining Pilates fundamentals, ballet barre and light resistance training will tone, sculpt and lengthen your muscles in less than an hour. This class will make you energized; it will increase your stamina, and transform your body to one of balance and strength. Not for the faint of heart.
